This Privacy Policy explains how Zapphire ("Zapphire", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our website at getzapphire.com and the Zapphire AI agent (the "Service"). 1. Information we collect
Information you provide. Account and contact details (name, business name, email), the preferences and instructions you give your agent, and anything you send us directly.
Information from services you connect. When you connect a service, such as Google, Notion, or a messaging platform, and authorise access, your agent accesses the data needed to perform the tasks you configure, for example reading and drafting email or managing calendar events and files. You choose which services are connected and can disconnect them at any time.
Information collected automatically. Basic technical and usage data needed to run and secure the Service, such as log and connection data and records of the actions the agent takes on your behalf.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and operate the Service, perform the tasks you configure, personalise your agent to the way your business works, secure the Service and prevent abuse, communicate with you, and meet our legal obligations.
Each customer's agent runs in its own isolated environment; your data is used only to operate your agent and is never pooled with other customers' data. We do not sell your personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train generalised or shared AI models.
3. How we share information
We share information only with the providers that help us run the Service (listed below), where you direct us to, where required by law or to protect the Service and its users, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.
Our providers include Google Cloud (hosting, storage, and AI processing), Anthropic (AI processing), Hetzner (dedicated per-customer compute), Langfuse (monitoring), and Cloudflare (website and email delivery). They process data on our behalf under contract and do not use your content to train their own models. We keep this list current as our providers change.
4. Storage and security
Your data is held in a dedicated, isolated environment hosted in the United States (Google Cloud, us-central1). We apply least-privilege access controls, encrypt data in transit and at rest, and maintain backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information.
5. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. When you close your account or disconnect a service, we delete or de-identify the associated data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to retain it.
6. Your choices and rights
You can disconnect any connected service at any time, and review or revoke access to your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@getzapphire.com.
If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
7. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
